Hey, my name is Eszter,
I've been called "The Fairy Godmother of After-School Academy Owners", but that's not how it started....
I started my own language school in 2013 in Spain as Kids School of English where they could run through real-life experiences.
I had a beautiful school, an amazing community, but during the first years:
- I constantly felt broke,
- I was drowning in overwhelm,
- I tried to do everything myself,
- I tried to be everything to everyone,
Until one day I felt it either had to drastically change or I had to close...
Then I spent the next 4 years going through all the trial and error around communication, finding great teachers, coming up with the right pricing and automation, until I found the tactics that truly work!
Was it easy? Hell NO! That is why I decided it should not be this hard for others:
Since 2018 I have helped a series of teaching businesses with teams of 1-25 people, and with 30-600 students through my signature course: JUMP.
My objective is to help you BUILD A BUSINESS AROUND YOUR LIFE instead of building a life around your business.
